Naruto: Kakashi

I have a lecture soon, I decided to draw something to take my mind off events to come, and I've been telling people I was going to draw Kakashi, so here he is
The forehead protector and knot in the cloth don't look right to me, but I'm too lazy to fix it, hurray for laziness.

Critique very welcome on this one, really need pointers on how to improve
